斜视及弱视患者认知行为能力的异常表现

摘要: 斜视及弱视患儿常表现为视疲劳、阅读障碍,而阅读障碍等心理行为异常与双眼视觉功能异常及认知行为能力密切相关。认知行为能力包括感觉、知觉、注意、记忆、理解、语言、思维和学习能力等与大脑皮质相关的高级功能。与正常儿童相比,斜视、弱视儿童简单感知分析能力、精细视觉分析能力、选择性注意能力及视觉工作记忆表现均较差,且这些异常表现与视觉信息的异常输入及视觉通路发育异常有关。

Abstract: Dyslexia is common in children with strabismus or amblyopia, resulting from the abnormal binocular function or cognitive behavioral ability. Cognitive behavior ability consists of perception, attention, memory, comprehension, language, intellection and study. Researches had shown that children with strabismus or amblyopia performed abnormal perceptual analytical ability, fine visual analytical ability, selective attention and visual working memory. And these deficiencies were considered to be correlated with abnormal visual input and abnormal development of cerebral visual pathway.
